• Transcription Data: The text output generated from your audio/video files is stored in your account so you can access and download your transcriptions.
• Non-Personal Data: We collect cookies and IP addresses to track website usage and provide analytics services to improve our transcription service performance.

2. Use of Information

• Personal Data: Your email address is used for account management, service-related communications, transcription completion notifications, and providing access to our platform.
• Audio/Video Processing: Uploaded files are processed solely to generate accurate text transcriptions using our AI models. Files are processed securely and deleted immediately after transcription.

You can also delete individual transcriptions or your entire account through your account dashboard. When you delete your account, all associated personal data and transcriptions are permanently removed.

Audio/Video Files: Automatically deleted immediately after transcription processing is complete.
Transcription Text: Stored in your account until you manually delete it or close your account.
Account Data: Your email address and account information are retained until you request deletion or close your account.
Analytics Data: Non-personal usage data may be retained in aggregated, anonymized form to improve our transcription service.

8. Updates to Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our transcription service or legal requirements. You will be notified of any material changes via email.
